DEPOSITS
Are deposits refundable?

All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Your deposit is required to reserve your appointment time and is applied toward your service balance.
CANCELLATIONS
What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment will not be subject to an additional cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 25% of the remaining service balance, charged to the card on file.
Your original deposit remains non-refundable.
RESCHEDULING
What happens if I need to reschedule my appointment?

Rescheduling requests must be made 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment in order to transfer your deposit to your new appointment date.
Rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the original deposit being forfeited. A new deposit will be required to reserve a new appointment time.
NO-SHOWS
What happens if I don't show up for my appointment?

A no-show appointment will result in a fee of 50% of the remaining service balance, charged to the card on file.
The original deposit is also non-refundable.

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Please contact Aura & Ink directly as soon as you know you need to cancel or reschedule. The 48-hour window is based on the scheduled appointment date and time, not when the request is reviewed.
For the best chance of keeping your deposit, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

These policies apply to all Aura & Ink appointments, regardless of whether your appointment is booked online, in person, or through direct communication with Aura & Ink.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Cancellation & Deposit Policy.
CARD ON FILE
Why is a card required on file?

A card is kept securely on file to cover applicable cancellation and no-show fees if the Cancellation & Deposit Policy is not followed.
By booking your appointment, you authorize Aura & Ink to charge any applicable cancellation or no-show fees to the card on file in accordance with this policy.
POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By booking an appointment with Aura & Ink, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Cancellation & Deposit Policy. These policies are in place to protect reserved appointment times and ensure fairness to all clients.
